Nov. Elections Meeting 2025

The NAOBI-DC 2025 Elections Meeting will be held at the end of the virtual Seminar on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 5 PM ET.

The Election Meeting is open to all members regardless of whether you are attending the Seminar, however, you must register to attend the election.

TIMELINE:

1. Nominations will open on Monday, September 1st, and close on Friday, October 31st.
   
2. The ballot will open on November 1st and close on November 15th at 12:00 PM EST.
   
3. Voting will conclude with the official election on November 15th.

Open NAOBI-DC Board Positions:

Complete the nomination form to nominate a NAOBI-DC Member for a board position. NOW!  NOMINATIONS ARE REQUIRED! 

All open positions have 2-yr terms beginning January 2026. See bylaws for position requirements .

Note: Membership dues collected before October 31st will not carry over to the new year. Following our bylaws in section 3.1, "Payments received after October 31st will be applied to the next year’s assessment."
